A yoga practice is a great way to cultivate and strengthen a mind, body and breath connection. A regular yoga practice can improve strength, mobility and mindfulness while decreasing the effects of stress in the body and mind.

Our yoga sessions and classes can be personalised to your needs including:

  • Vinyasa - dynamic, flowing movements finding strength and space in the body

  • Yin - slower-paced meditative practice targeting deeper connective tissues

  • Pranayama - breath practice

  • Meditation - cultivating ease, awareness and stillness in the mind

ONE-ON-ONE / $90
per session

One-on-one 45 minute* yoga session at Fitness First Richmond.

One-on-one and small group yoga sessions are an opportunity to understand how to express poses in alignment with your body, develop technique and ask questions, allowing you to go deeper into your practice.

Yoga can be offered as part of a personal training programme or standalone sessions.

SMALL GROUPS / $110-135
per session

Small groups 45 minute* yoga session at Fitness First Richmond:

  • x2 people, 45-minute session $110 ($55 each)

  • x3 people, 45-minute session $135 ($45 each)

Small group yoga sessions get one-on-one attention in a group setting at a reduced cost.

Yoga can be offered as part of a personal training programme or standalone sessions.

*60 mins may be available on request

CORPORATE YOGA

30-60 minute yoga classes in corporate environments or other settings.

Delivered in person or online.

Price is dependant on the number of participants, location, etc. and is available on request.
